Before making a reservation, payment towards, or participating in a tour or other travel service with “Girasol Egypt Travel and Tours” “we”, or “us”, read carefully the following terms and conditions for your own information and protection. As they constitute a contract agreement between Girasol Egypt Tours and Tours and on behalf of yourself and all members of your traveling party. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read and understood the terms associated with your contract before placing any bookings.
We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to cover possible unexpected costs. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you are fully responsible for any financial loss that may exist under the circumstances of lost airline tickets, loss of luggage, trip delay, illness, medical evacuation, etc.
Girasol Egypt Travel and Tours shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred or special loss, injury and damage (directly or indirectly) due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, floods, fire, acts of Government or any other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control or any untoward incidents or any such causes whatsoever including any liability or extra expenses sustained by the guest. Further, the guest shall be liable for the liability or extra expenses incurred by him/ her as a result of the forgoing causes.
Due to numerous factors such as the weather, road conditions, or technical reasons, Girasol Egypt Travel and Tours reserves the right to amend any aspect of the itinerary including transportation and accommodation without notice or making any rebate, allowance or refund and extra cost.
Exclusion: Anything which is not included in the itinerary of service booked will be on the guest expenses. Please ensure that you have read and understood the inclusions of the service that needs to be booked before paying and making the confirmation.
Travel dates, itineraries, tours, transportation, and visa prices are subject to change without prior notice resulting from increases in government-imposed taxes or fees. Consequently, the price will be quoted and confirmed at the time of booking, subject to any surcharges that are levied in accordance with these conditions. We reserve the right to amend the price of unsold tours at any time and correct errors in the prices of confirmed tours which are direct consequences of changes in the exchange rates relevant to the package, level of taxes, or fees chargeable for services application to any travel services provided and other chargeable services which do not include into the travel services.
International and Domestic Flights:
We strongly recommended that you check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 4 hours prior to scheduled departure for international flights. It is the traveler’s responsibility to reconfirm flight times at least 24-72 hours prior to scheduled flights. The recommended check in times are subject to change without notification. It is the traveler’s responsibility to remain updated of changes in condition or airport rules that might require earlier arrival times. This information can be found when entering your confirmation number on the airline website.
Hotels and Nile Cruise:
Hotels expect travelers to check-in around 3:00 pm and check-out around 11:00 am. Please note early arrivals and late check-out are granted upon request, subject to availability and are charged according to hotel policy.
Nile Cruises expect travelers to check-in around 3:00 pm and check-out around 11:00 am. Please note slight changes might occur due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, sail conditions or technical reasons.
In order to confirm your chosen tour package, a deposit is required. We will advise you of both the required deposit and the dates for payment for the remainder of your balance, at the time of booking. Full payment is required within 30 days of arrival date.
Payment Method
You may cancel the selected tour package prior to departure upon payment of cancellation charges as set out as following:
Cancellation due to Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances for example, warfare, terrorism,significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of a serious disease at the travel destination, (including epidemics and pandemics), industrial disputes, nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster, and natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes or weather conditions which make it impossible to travel safely to Egypt during the agreed time-frame for the chosen tour package; the payment shall be kept as deposit for future business.
