Dahab is an attractive touristic city in South Sinai. It is the second most famous city in Sinai, after the worldwide popular city of Sharm El Sheikh. Dahab is an Arabic word that means gold. The city’s name is Dahab as its golden sand beaches. It is in southern Sinai on Aqaba bay, about 81 km North of Sharm El Sheikh and 600 km from Cairo.
